Huumble Property Services offers a range of cleaning and property maintenance services as described on our Website. By booking our Services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings can be made directly via our Website or by contacting us. Detailed payment terms and accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary, with prior notice to the Client.



2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Booking Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us. Bookings made via the Website or directly with our team are subject to availability.
  • Changes to Appointments: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, and will notify the Client as soon as possible.



3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations by the Client: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee to cover administrative and operational costs.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.



4. Client Responsibilities

  • Access to Premises: The Client is responsible for ensuring that our team has access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access is denied or delayed, we may need to reschedule the appointment, and additional charges may apply.
  • Safety: For the safety of our staff and to ensure optimal cleaning results, the Client is asked to keep pets and children away from areas being cleaned.
  • Communication: The Client agrees to provide clear instructions and any special requirements regarding the service prior to the appointment. Any concerns regarding the service must be communicated beforehand to ensure the best possible outcome.



5. Liability

  • Service Quality: We strive to deliver exceptional cleaning services. However, Huumble Property Services is not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unusual cleaning conditions.
  • Damages During Service: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items unless such damage occurs due to our staff's negligence. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we will assess the situation and, where applicable, arrange for compensation in accordance with our liability policy.



6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials ("Content"), is the property of Huumble Property Services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction of this Content is prohibited.
